Typically Alsatian cottage dating from 1719 and formerly serving as a small outbuilding with its bread oven. In the heart of the vineyard, near Colmar, at the foot of the Schauenberg massif. It offers 30 m² on 2 levels, with exposed half-timbering, alcove bed. On the first level: entrance, integrated kitchenette (combined oven/microwave, ceramic hob, small dishwasher, fridge), dining area. flat screen TV 1.60x1.90m bed in a 4m² alcove. On the ground floor: clothes cupboard, washing machine area, bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and WC. Small terrace allowing outdoor dining. Small quiet dead end. Cycle paths and hiking trails depart from the gîte. Unsuitable for young children and people with reduced mobility due to stairs. For your comfort, the cottage was air-conditioned in 2022. Cleaning package at euros20. Towels and household linens not provided, available as an option. Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - End of stay cleaning: euros22.12 per stay - Towels: euros5.53 per person per stay - Kitchen linen: euros5.53 per stay Property managed by a professional.
