## The space Nice and spacious studio with a large terrace of 30m² for up to 4 people. Located next to all amenities: restaurant, shops, pharmacy ... The apartment is composed like this: - A living room with quality sofa bed, a double bed, a TV, fiber and a dining area. - an open kitchen fully furnished and equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc ... - a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. - most: washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board This apartment has all the comfort and calm necessary after an intense day. Cleaning is done by professionals before your stay. You will be provided for your stay: sheets for bedding, bath towels, towels and bath mats, kitchen towel, shower gel (1 per person) and soap, some coffee capsules and sachets of tea. ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
