Situated in the heart of Cadet Street, surrounded by a vibrant array of restaurants and shops, this 63m² apartment on the top floor, accessible by a lift, offers proximity to various top attractions in Paris, including the Palais Garnier and the Louvre Museum! Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a warm corridor adorned with a library. You'll find the bathroom and toilet to the left, while two doors on the right provide separate access to the two bedrooms, which can be combined into a single room with sliding doors. At the end of the corridor, the kitchen and living room seamlessly blend, with handle-free doors emphasizing the integration of elements. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a smart TV offering multiple streaming options for your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. It opens onto a sky garden terrace accessible through three French doors, furnished with a bench, stools, a table, a deck chair, and a grill, ensuring a tranquil environment and a pleasant atmosphere. You can also see the Eiffel Tower from the terrace! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. Additionally, the apartment provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the other features a double bed. Both beds are adorned with hotel-quality linens. The rooms wrap around an interior skylight adorned with stained glass. Although the apartment doesn't have a baby cot, if guests bring their own, they can install it themselves as there is sufficient space. Please note that the property is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
