Apartment of 23m2 The living room is cozy and pleasant. We also have a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and free Wi-Fi access to stay connected with your loved ones. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, a hob, a microwave and a refrigerator. You will also find all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a coffee machine to start your day well. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 140x190, clean sheets. There is also a dressing room to store your belongings during your stay. The bathroom is modern and clean, with a spacious shower to refresh you after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment is also equipped with a drying washing machine for your convenience. The accommodation will be able to easily accommodate 4 travelers thanks to its bed and sofa bed but this will greatly reduce the space when the sofa bed is unfolded. Due to several inconveniences, we do not provide bath towels or hygiene products but we offer them for sale.

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor overlooking a busy street. Parking is possible and free around and near the building in case there is no space, we have a private parking space 3 minutes walk from the apartment you will have to notify us so that the information is communicated to you. It is close to many restaurants, bars and shops. You can easily explore the city on foot (15min), but there are also buses nearby if you prefer public transport.
