Located on the second floor with elevator, the apartment comprises : - A large living room (lounge, dining room and open kitchen) - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed - Bathroom with walk-in shower - The apartment has a balcony that will be much appreciated in summer! The apartment is fully equipped. A large adjustable TV and quality audio equipment. The kitchen is equipped with : - dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, manual espresso machine (Delonghi) and kettle. Bathroom facilities such as washing machine, hairdryer and iron are also available. - A fan is available - The apartment is of course equipped with Wifi. Located opposite the Port de l'Arsenal, at the junction of the Canal Saint-Martin and the Seine. The location is close to all amenities 1 supermarket, 3 major food markets, numerous bars and restaurants (I've left you a list of my favorite addresses). Places of interest close to the accommodation: - Jardin des plantes (10 min walk) ; - Opéra Bastille (less than 5 min away); - the famous Marché d'Aligre (less than 10min) - Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral (20min along the banks of the Seine) Don't hesitate to ask me for more information, I'll be delighted to answer you. :)

Opposite the Port de l'Arsenal, at the junction of the Canal Saint-Martin and the Seine, stroll along the quays of the Seine just behind. Cross the bridge in front of the apartment to be in the Marais. Take advantage of the Jardin des Plantes or the Coulée Verte to stroll through the beautiful green spaces nearby. Less than 5 minutes from the Opéra Bastille. Gare de Lyon and the famous Marché d'Aligre are less than 10min away. Walk 20min along the banks of the Seine to Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral.
