Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a 10 m² terrace. Communal area: - A swimming pool (unheated) open from April to October with a small children's pool. Pool opening dates are non-contractual. - Enclosed garden. The apartment is ideally located in Azille, in a closed and secure residence with access code. 5-hectare park with fitness trail, ping pong, children's games and snack bar next to the pool. Very close to the Canal du Midi (5 min walk), 15 min from the lake, close to the town of HOMPS, 30 min from Narbonne, one hour from Carcasssonne and close to a Super U (5min). Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the residence's private parking lot (an access code will be transferred to you). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
