Located in the heart of the Croix-Rousse district, just behind the 4th arrondissement town hall, come and discover La bohème, a Canut-style apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator, featuring high ceilings, exposed beams and plenty of natural light. An atypical place for a long-term stay. Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). The apartment is composed as follows: - An entrance hall leading to a cupboard, closet, separate toilet and laundry area. - A living room with three large windows overlooking the inner courtyard. - A large, fully-equipped kitchen with a central island that makes this space very convivial. Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle. - A living room with several comfortable sofas and individual armchairs for watching TV, and a desk for telecommuting. - The first bedroom on the ground floor is a beautiful master suite, with a queen-size bed (160*200), blackout curtains, a custom-made dressing area with closet and cupboard space, and a bathroom with double washbasin and large walk-in shower. A wrought-iron staircase leads to the upper floor, with two bedrooms, a separate toilet, another bathroom and a laundry area, all overlooking the ground floor of the apartment. - A second bedroom, with a 160*200 futon sofa bed, blackout curtains and a porthole to brighten up this beautiful room. - A bathroom with bathtub and washbasin. - A separate toilet, which closes with a sliding door. - A space for hanging laundry, which also closes with a sliding door. - A third bedroom, with a trundle bed system. Two 90cm beds, which can be converted into a 180*200cm bed. A closet space, a skylight that opens onto the living area.
