La Ferme des Praz Apartment is a large well-located Chamonix apartment sleeping 8 with 4 bedrooms (3 twin / double and 1 bunk bedroom) and is situated adjacent to the Flegere cable car in Les Praz, just 2.5km from Chamonix itself. There are two bathrooms and one additional WC. La Ferme des Praz Apartment has a large, open-plan living room centred around a log fire, with TV (French & International channels) and DVD/Blueray player with Netflix access, dining table and chairs to seat 8, and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a large balcony that stretches along the length of the apartment and is accessed via two of the bedrooms and the lounge also. The balcony of this Chamonix apartment overlooks the golf course and you can also check out the Flegere cable car from there. There is plenty of public parking available at the Flegere cable car and in the surrounding area too. In the basement of the building there is a ski locker, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
