Located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 19th century building, with no elevator, Le Mably Family is warm and friendly, perfect for a family or business stay! It offers all the comforts you need for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux, blending modernity with old-world charm. Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). The accommodation is composed as follows: First level: - A beautiful living room with a comfortable lounge area, a large sofa, a coffee table, TV, Wifi. - A dining area with a convivial dining table for six people - A separate, fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. A kit containing coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil will be available on site. - WC - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer First floor: - A master bedroom suite with a king-size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with shower and storage space - Two bedrooms with double beds (160x200) - Bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and heated towel rail - WC Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Washing machine and dryer available - WiFi (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the apartment - Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet).
