As an art historian, the spaces offered by the house have given me the freedom to create a unique universe that blends the past and the present, so that you can feel good, stay happy, discover and dream. I wish you a warm welcome!

Maison Hilarion is the fruit of families, friends, encounters and wonderful stories. At the end of the 19th century, Louis Henri FOUBERT brought together 4 houses to create a single family home, or perhaps a home for friends. Its old-fashioned charm is reminiscent of childhood holidays with grandparents and summer get-togethers with friends. The ideal house for welcoming and sharing.

Our big house is in Correns, the first organic village in France, in the Provence Verdon region. Its garden is bordered by the River Argens, which flows into the Mediterranean at Fréjus. Correns is a green country, a country of water, a land of plenty, ideally situated for visiting the natural and cultural riches of the Var, between the sea and the Verdon. Less than 10 minutes from the house: Hiking, canoeing, horse riding, cycling, climbing, swimming, the Centre for Contemporary Art, the vineyards Domaine des Aspras, Les Vignerons de Correns, La Grande Pallière, Saint Andrieu and many more, as well as world music... 30 minutes from the house: The pretty villages of Provence verte and their markets, emblematic sites such as the Abbaye du Thoronet, the Massif de la Sainte Baume, the Basilica of Saint-Maximin, the Abbaye de la Celle, the museums of the Comtes de Provence in Brignoles and the Gueules rouges in Tourves... 60 min. from the house: The Gorges du Verdon, the Valensole plateau and its lavender fields, the Calanques, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Toulon... and with a further 30 minutes, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Grasse and its perfumes, the islands of Lérins, Port-Cros, Porquerolles and Les Embiez.
