Lovely house with panoramic sea & mountain views in the heart of the Gulf of St Tropez. Fully equipped two bedroomed villa with a sunny wraparound garden and balcony set on a private gated domain with beautiful swimming pools, tennis and private parking. Minimum 7 nights Sat to Sat. La Maison Soleil is set high in ‘Bellevue’ on the private gated domaine of Font Mourier. It is the perfect holiday destination for all age-groups. Minutes by car from fabulous world famous beaches, shopping and nightlife. You can reach the centre of St Tropez within 10-15 minutes - the ‘Pearl of the Gulf’, the celebrity capital of the Cote D’Azur and home to the world famous Pampelonne Beaches. The Villa has 2 double bedrooms upstairs (one with a balcony and sea and mountain views), a family bathroom with bath/shower over. Downstairs there is a good sized light and airy lounge, an extra dining area seating 6, a fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet. Hi, I’m Sue and I fell in love with the South of France three decades ago. For me, the Gulf of St Tropez is the jewel in the crown. The sparkling sea, sandy beaches, local produce, lovely wine. I run this listing with my son Richard and I hope you enjoy our villa and everything this wonderful part of the world has to offer. During your stay, our good friends Dani and Capucine who live very nearby will be able to help you.
It’s just 5 minutes by car to the nearest beaches, Cogolin beach/harbour and Port Grimaud Beach (one of our favourites) with good beach front cafes and walks. It’s only 15-20 mins drive to the world famous St. Tropez Pampelonne beaches (outside the town) which are an absolute must. The town harbour is home to super yachts, artists, restaurants and the famous ‘Senequier’ bar which is probably the most famous people watching paradise on the Cote D’Azur. Port Grimaud, the Venice of the Riviera, at the bottom of the hill, is not to be missed. You can hire a little boat to enjoy the maze of canals, then browse the boutiques and souvenir shops before enjoying a meal or drink at one of the many restaurants. The Villa is close to beautiful hilltop villages. The nearest is the medieval hilltop village of Grimaud with its fabulous castle ruin to explore. The climb is well worth it and there are cafes and restaurants to aid your way. Another stunning view is to be found in Gassin - just 10 minutes away by car with a variety of restaurants and probably the best views in the whole of the South of France. The authentic little town of Cogolin is 5 mins drive away with supermarket and restaurants.
