Cocoonr Agency offers you in Vannes, this charming house less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi, with an area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It consists of a nice living room of 30 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden and a terrace of about 60 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. The accommodation consists of: - A living room of 30 m² with TV - A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker... - Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140,190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, table and iron. Exterior: - A beautiful garden of 60 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days The owners leave you at disposal 2 bikes to enjoy the coastal trails nearby and the peninsula of conleau which has a small family beach and very nice. Other Notes: - Sheets and towels included - Free wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the team of Cocoonr, the agency specialized in «ready-to-live» rentals, which will be at your disposal throughout your stay to allow you to make the most of it.
