There is plenty of space around the tents and chalet to relax, play or explore the grounds. Each tent has outdoor covered seating and a picnic table for outdoor dining. Relax in your hammock, play boules, table tennis, badminton or swim in our beautiful pool. La Papillon Glamping is the perfect place for a family holiday where adults can relax and children enjoy the freedom of our small, safe campsite. You are free to use our new BBQ area, family party tent or fire pit ( subject to weather conditions). Cook your own meals or join us for pizza, BBQ or fish and chips. Our freshly served breakfasts and honesty shop are the perfect addition to your holiday. Our outdoor washing up facilities, shower block and private bathroom (addition cost) are clean and modern. We are available to make your stay perfect, so if there is something you need, just let us know and we will do everything we can to meet your families requests. We dreamed of owning a Glamping site in beautiful, rural France. In 2020 we relocated to St Christophe en Boucherie and La Papillon Glamping became a reality. Matthew and Myself (Claire) enjoy meeting people from all over the world and using our many years in hospitality to make your stay with us an enjoyable one. We have lovingly refurbished the campsite and added thoughtful touches throughout. We live in our cottage on site and enjoy the peace and tranquil environment around us. Our Pugs Ernie and Bert love meeting guests and spend their days lazing in the shade. Bird song and cows mooing will awaken you and you can fall asleep to the sounds of frogs.We love the beautiful, warm weather and cool breeze from across the fields. La Papillon Glamping is set in the heart of rural France. Surrounded by open countryside but a short drive to nearby La Chatre. We are lucky enough to have views across fields filled with cows and an abundance of wildlife. We have a local bar/ restaurant and fabulous boulangerie just a few minutes walk away. Visit local lakes, enjoy country walks, cycle or take in the history of the local towns. Local supermarkets, restaurants and bars are nearby for your convenience. Enjoy a visit to our Summer market, with an array of stalls offering local produce and live entertainment in the centre of the village. Enjoy relaxing evenings under the sparkling stars outside your tent and restful sleep. We respect the tranquility of our neighbours and ensure La Papillon Glamping is peaceful between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
