This charming 107 m² house with sea view, 300m from the beach, is available to rent in Erquy. It has Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 120 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor - Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) - One bathroom with shower and bath - One separate toilet - One terrace with outdoor furniture First floor - One 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied) - One fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) - One bathroom with shower For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 120 m² garden - Two terraces with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. One is on the ground floor, the second on the first floor Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
