After serving 5 years in the French army, I worked in various service jobs for luxury hotels in the Principality of Monaco. At the same time, I rented out my apartment on Airbnb to make ends meet. Fascinated by this new activity, thanks to the exchanges and enthusiasm of my travelers, I decided to convince my friends to entrust me with their homes while they were away. Faced with a growing demand thanks to word-of-mouth, it was time for me to create a more suitable structure. And so, in May 2021, the MANASTEOS concierge service was born. I had to respect my initial values of performance, responsiveness and flexibility for the owners and travelers who put their trust in me. The workload was too heavy to handle alone. In November 2021, I decided to recruit Léo, our sales manager, who put his heart and soul into the project! Then it was Kate's turn to join the team and manage all our communications. She, too, threw herself wholeheartedly into the adventure!
