Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Perpignan, this charming studio renovated at the end of 2021 of a surface of 21 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a living room, an open kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available (optical fiber) - Animals are allowed in the accommodation - No intercom - No commercial activity allowed in the accommodation - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
