Located on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a small, quiet residence, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a terrace. The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC Outside area : - A 4.5x14m swimming pool (shared and fenced), open from May to September (dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence) - A 15m² south-west-facing terrace with a view of the Estérel golf course and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. There's a whole range of activities on offer during your stay, both on land and at sea: take advantage of the many golf courses in the region; explore the Estérel massif, an unspoilt natural site, along the many flower-filled hiking trails! On the seaside, try your hand at the water sports on offer in the region: boat trips, paddle boarding, jet skiing, diving...
