2 rooms nicely decorated, with superb sea view and swimming pool which can accomodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with guard, digital lock, very quiet enjoying an exceptional location at the entrance of the nature reserve Esterel (50m from the start of many hiking or mountain biking), with panoramic views on the sea, the bay of Cannes and the Alps. Beautiful infinity pool of 450m-2 with jacuzzi and paddling pool for children, deckchairs and parasols provided, open from early May to end of september, monitored in July and August. Located on the third floor on 4. Secure private garage for car + bicycles, motorcycle. Living area 32m-2: Living room with a sofa bed for 2, flat screen TV, DVD player, open kitchen fully equipped with table, 4 chairs, electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with Aerocino, electric kettle, complete crockery... Bedroom with double bed 160cm, dressing room, window with electric shutter and mosquito net, bed linen provided (duvet with cover, pillows, pillowcases ...) changed weekly. Bathroom with bath / shower, sink, hair dryer towels provided changed weekly. Rewarded by the Traveller Review Awards 2021.
Late arrival possible. Available free: salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, paper towels, sponges, garbage bags, tea towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, mask, hydroalcoholic gel, water bottle, Nespresso capsules ... Linens and towels changed weekly. Personal welcome by the owners from 3:00pm on the day of arrival, checkout before 11:00am. Apartment totally cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
In the city center of Théoule-sur-Mer (Place General Bertrand) 1.5km from the apartment, you will find a bakery, a post office with ATM machine, the town hall, the church. The tourist office is located at 2 Boulevard de la Corniche d'Or, with nearby a pharmacy, a medical office, a small supermarket Petit Casino, several restaurants, hairdresser, bike rental / bike rental (SO Bike) , etc. ... The nearest year-round diving center is located 3.5km away on La Rague Harbor, Captain Corvette Avenue. The nearest supermarket is 7.5km away at 791 avenue de Frejus Mandelieu (Geant Casino)
