Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the hiring, on the commune of Cuges-les-Pins, this charming crossing flat of a surface of 47 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa and dining area. The sofa can be transformed into a double bed by adding the sofa extension next to it. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, hotplates... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and WC Outside : - A terrace of 12 m² exposed is closed by a gate with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, plancha, fan. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of the stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

The flat is ideally located in the heart of Cuges-les-Pins, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will access the flat through a small alley with very little traffic. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
