This luxury palace, designed by Danish architect Hans Georges Tersling, belonged to the London Ritz group and opened in 1913. You'll love your flat, which occupies a suite in the old hotel, and has retained its central lounge surrounded by two bedrooms and two shower rooms, giving you peace and privacy. The location is ideal! Just 700 m from the Casino and Bioves gardens, a 12-minute walk from the town centre, and just 100 m from the sea! Restaurants and shops are within easy reach. The flat is arranged as follows: - Two large bedrooms with 160x200cm and 140X200cm beds, each with a pleasant, well-kept shower room and toilet. - WIFI access. - A large, bright living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen and state-of-the-art TV. - Dressing room. - Free but unallocated PARKING SPACE inside the residence. - Lift We hope you enjoy your stay with us.

Neighbourhood information

Its location is exceptional! Just 100 m from the beach. The area is very quiet and relaxing. All the shops, restaurants, banks and bakeries are within easy walking distance. GETTING AROUND: There is a free unassigned parking space in the residence. You can always park in the neighbourhood (paying parking space). The bus and train stations (SNCF) are a 15-minute walk away, giving you easy access to Nice, the Principality of Monaco and Italy. Just outside the residence, the 608 bus stop for Monaco and Nice runs in both directions. The Italian border is 5 km away. Nice airport is 35 minutes away by car.
