On the 3rd floor, without elevator, of one of the oldest buildings in the old Intra-Muros city. Le Corsaire is a little cocoon with a warm, exotic atmosphere. Located in one of the only buildings to survive the 2nd World War. You'll find all the original woodwork. As soon as you enter the stairwell, you'll be transported back in time to the "Corsair era". The restoration combines contemporary comfort with old-world charm. The bed is made up on arrival, and towels are provided and included in the rental price, as is cleaning at the end of your stay. It is for decorative purposes only. - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet...). Please note, however, that meters will be read on arrival. Charges are included on the basis of normal consumption. Any excessive or unjustified over-consumption may be billed to the tenant on departure. These overruns will be deducted directly from the security deposit.
