Located in the heart of the Création district in the western part of the Île de Nantes, Agence Cocoonr's First is the ideal environment for discovering our beautiful city. Between the banks of the Loire and the Machines de l'île, only a footbridge separates you from the city center! If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, whether on business or on holiday/weekend, don't miss out on this unique place to stay! Located on the 4th floor with elevator of a modern, recent building, the 45 m² First has just undergone a harmonious, cosy makeover! You'll feel right at home. The real bonus of this cocoon: a secure underground parking space. Underground parking dimensions: *Height 2m50 *Width 2m55 *Length 5m20 The apartment is laid out as follows: -The entrance hall leads to a fully renovated and equipped kitchen: oven, fridge, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A small bar and 2 stools allow you to refuel before setting off to explore the city! For added comfort, there's also a dining table with four chairs. the living room, equipped with a convertible sofa (140X200), flat-screen TV and Internet connection. From the living room, direct access to the pretty balcony, with a bonus view of the Loire! The bathroom is functional and well-appointed. For your convenience, there's a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. -The WC is independent. The bedroom has new, high-quality bedding (double bed 140X200) and a large closet with hanging space. For your comfort, the First is equipped with double-glazed windows and roller shutters.

Neighborhood and transportation Once you've settled in, you'll appreciate the location: the banks of the Loire are just a stone's throw from the building, as are the Machines de l'île and its famous elephant, and the new shops. How do you get to the city center? Just cross the footbridge at the foot of the new Palais de Justice in less than 10 minutes. You can then stroll through Nantes' pretty squares: Place Royale and its fountain, Place Graslin and its superb Opera House, or discover the magnificent Passage Pommeraye and its pretty boutiques. In terms of transport, the tramway is just a 10-minute walk away ("Médiathèque" stop), taking you to the Château des Ducs de Bretagne. Take the opportunity to walk through the historic Bouffay district, famous for its many restaurants, bars and boutiques. If you choose to walk, allow around 20 minutes. To reach Nantes Atlantique airport, get off at the "Commerce" stop: a dedicated shuttle bus will take you there in 20 minutes. The SNCF train station can be reached by streetcar from "Commerce" in 5 minutes. And if you decide to explore the city by bike, Bicloo stations (self-service bicycles) are available throughout the city (one is just two minutes from your apartment, at the "Machine de l'île" station). For your car, an underground parking space is available (secure gate and numbered space).
