We propose to you to the rent, in Gujan-Mestras, this charming house of lime pit foot 5 kilometers of the beach, of a surface of 75 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of about 50 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 40 m² with a sofa, TV, Wifi - A dining room area to gather around a good meal - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Room 1 : a double bed (140×190), a cupboard, view on the forest - Room 2 : a double bed (140×190), a cupboard, view on the forest - A bathroom with shower, towel dryer and toilet. Outside : - A closed wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days - Ground of petanque with accessories Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices will be given to you by our partner. - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. The house is ideally located in Gujan-Mestras, in a very pleasant environment. At five minutes by bike: bakery, pharmacy, tobacco. At eight minutes by bike, small village of La Hume where you have everything you need at your disposal: small supermarket, several bakeries, fruits and vegetables, pizzeria, restaurants, oyster tasting, tourist office, bike rental... At 10 minutes drive from the shopping center. Activities : - Located halfway between the oyster ports of Gujan mestras and the beaches on the edge of oak forest accessible by bike near cycle track where you will find 5 km several amusement parks. For adults and children, accro branche, large indoor swimming pool, Aqualand, casino, bowling, golf for children and adults, skate park. - Near the lake of the Madeleine where you can walk. - 10 km from the Dune du Pyla, Arcachon le Moulleau, Pereire and all the ocean beaches. - Boat shuttles from the port of La Hume in Gujan mestras or the pier of Arcachon, can take you to Cap-Ferret for the day. - Two hour walks to discover the Arcachon basin. A bird park, canoeing and kayaking, and many other activities are possible 8 km away. The lake of Cazaux offers you its beaches, pedal boats, windsurfing, diving, and many other family beach activities. In each commune of the basin, animations every week during the summer period. Transportation: - You will be able to park on the free public parking lot near the accommodation. - Buses are available nearby to serve the ocean beaches and Arcachon. - Bicycle paths are available in the communes of the Arcachon basin. - Nearest train station: Hume located at 3 km (about 7 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Bordeaux located at 56 km (about 43 minutes by car).
