We propose to you to the rent, in Concarneau, this charming apartment completely renewed in 2023, at less than 300 meters of the beach of the White Sands (accessible by crossing the street), with shared swimming pool and at the foot of the Thalasso. With a surface area of 41 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers, it is located on the 1st floor (with elevator). It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. We are waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa and dining area for 4 people - A small kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, 3 in 1 coffee machine (Dolce Gusto/Senseo/Nespresso), toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates.... - An alcove located in the entrance with bunk beds (2 beds 90x200) - A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV. Sheets and towels included. - A bathroom with bathtub - A separate toilet - A balcony of 5 m² with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days Common areas : - An outdoor swimming pool of about 20x10 m, heated, open from June 1 to September 20, with child safety (tarpaulin and fence), not supervised. Dates not contractual, subject to the opening conditions of the residence.
