Right in the heart of the Chartrons district, you'll enjoy every comfort for an unforgettable stay. An enclosed, private parking space completes this property. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, Le Méli Mélo offers absolute peace and quiet. Just a few steps from shops, restaurants and the tramway, it offers you the following features: - A beautiful living room with exposed beams and high ceilings, featuring a large sofa and dining table, - An open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave oven, traditional oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and numerous kitchen utensils, - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate toilet, First floor: - A large attic bedroom with a double bed (140x200) - A study - A dressing room - Quality sheets, towels, tea towels and a few coffee capsules are provided, and your bed is made up on arrival. - WIFI - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
