In Saint-Gervais-les-Bains (Le Bettex), we offer this charming 120 m² house with mountain views and ski resort 800 m away, which can accommodate up to 9 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 40 m² living room with sofa, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower and WC Garden level: - Bedroom 1: single bed, double bed (140×190) and bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bathtub 1st floor: - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC Additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - Each floor has a balcony with a view of Mont Blanc. - A lovely 1,000 m² private, unenclosed garden to enjoy on sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
