Located in the 6th arrondissement, just a stone's throw from the Foch or Masséna metro stations, you'll be seduced by an environment that's both commercial and residential. Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). Le Select sur Cour is located on the 4th floor, without an elevator. Furnishings: - A small sitting area with a comfortable sofa to enjoy an evening of TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave... - A bedroom with a bed (140x200), large storage cupboards, a dressing room and a library area - A small bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC Le Select sur Cour is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys. Other remarks : - Free WiFi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels included. Carpets and tea towels are also provided and beds are made on arrival. - To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few welcome products (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil). - This room can accommodate two people - Electric roller shutters throughout the apartment - Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

The apartment is ideally located in Lyon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Transport links - Nearest train station: Gare de part Dieu, 11 minutes by car or 23 minutes on foot from the apartment. - Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry, 32 minutes by car from the accommodation.
