Les 4 Saisons is situated on the first floor of the Balcons de Sainte Foy and has 4 balconies facing east, south and west offering all day sunshine and uninterrupted views of the nursery slopes and across the valley towards the Mont Pourri and Aiguille Rouge mountains. It is decorated in authentic mountain style with traditional furnishings, but with all modern comforts. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fireplace, and it even has its own sauna. The 108m2 accommodation sleeping up to 6 comprises: Entrance hall with coat and shoe storage, washing machine and tumble dryer, cloakroom with WC Large living room with log fire, large squashy sofa and armchair, study corner with desk, large antique wood dining table with seating for 8 Well-equipped kitchen alcove with induction hob, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine Spacious master bedroom with large double/twin bed, wrap around balcony and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin and WC Double/twin bedroom with balcony access and ensuite shower room with shower, wash basin and WC Double/twin bedroom with balcony access and washbasin. There is a shower in the sauna room and the cloak room with WC is next door Sauna and shower area. Les 4 Saisons is deemed to have the equivalent features of a 4 star tourist classification.

Summer in the Tarentaise is usually glorious – warm days of 20-30C and cooler nights of 15-20C, and it’s a dry heat so there’s none of the uncomfortable stickiness that you often get in warm climates. There’s so much to do that there really is something for everyone. You can choose to mountain bike, road cycle, hike, climb, play golf or tennis, swim, watch the Tour de France, indulge at the local wine fairs, or simply relax and soak up the sun. There is an extensive activities programme for all the family at Tignes throughout the summer, with many activities using the My Tignes Open card. All guests staying in one of our chalets will be given a free My Tignes Open Card for the duration of their stay during the months of July and August. At Sainte Foy, the Grand Plan chairlift will be open from July 3rd to August 26th to whisk you up to Plan Bois from where you can hike or mountain bike. Also, why not try skiing on grass rather than snow on the blue Charmettes piste from Plan Bois? Winter: Often referred to as the “best kept secret in the French Alps” and “the jewel in the crown” of the Tarentaise, Sainte Foy is where the local ski instructors choose to ski on their day off. Although it is smaller than its better-known neighbours, it offers plenty of terrain for all ability levels and disciplines. It has built up a cult following amongst off-piste skiers and boarders who revel in the extensive powder fields, where it’s still possible to make fresh tracks days after a snowfall. It is equally popular with families and beginners as the wide, sunny, quiet pistes are ideal for those just getting acquainted with the joys of skiing or boarding. Non-skiers will find plenty to enjoy too.
