The flat is composed as follows: - A living room of 21 m² with TV, sofas (including 1 convertible) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed. - Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A 5 m² balcony facing South / South-West with furniture to enjoy the nice days. Other remarks: - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
