In the commune of Bolquère, we offer for rent this authentic 4* massif chalet with mountain views, ski resort within walking distance and jacuzzi, with a surface area of 135 m² and able to accommodate up to 11 travelers. It features a lovely 45 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 650 m² garden. The dwelling is composed as follows: First floor: - Bedroom 1: a dormitory room with 5 beds and TV, including a queen-size bed (160×200) and 3 single beds. - Bedroom 2: a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room - Closed checkroom - Ski room - Laundry room - Separate WC First floor: - 45 m² living room with TV, Tulikivi Finnish masonry stove - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Dining room - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×200) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - Outdoor Oslo Spa, accessible all year round, for up to 4 people (optional for stays of less than 7 nights, and included for weekly stays). - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - 650 m² enclosed garden Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included for bookings of 7 nights minimum. - For bookings of less than 7 nights, sheets and towels are optional. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics). - The Tulikivi Finnish masonry stove is functional and wood is provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Activities : - Nearby attractions include Romanesque churches, the Roman baths at Dorres, and the sulfur hot springs at Llo and Saint Thomas. - Take the little yellow train that links Villefranche de Conflent, a town fortified by Vauban, to the Cerdagne plateau. - Visit the Odeillo solar furnace and the Thémis solar power plant. - Many sporting activities: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, biathlon, dog sledding, snowshoeing... - A wide range of hikes are on offer: Lac des Bouillouses, Matemale, Angles animal park and many others. - You'll also find an accrobranche, a bowling alley, an outdoor laser game in summer, and an Olympic skating rink....., - Spain 20 KM away Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to two cars.
