We propose to you to the rent, this charming apartment located on the right bank of the port of Vannes to 2 steps of the historical center of the medieval city of Vannes, you will be immediately allured by the site, the character and the charm of the place. With a surface area of 88 m², you can comfortably stay up to 4 travelers. Housekeeping is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linens are provided (sheets, towels). Your bed will be prepared upon arrival. The accommodation consists of: - A large and bright living room of 30 m², quality equipment, a neat decoration, Wifi (fiber) - A kitchen open on the living room fully equipped and furnished. To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, kit oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products... - One room with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) - A second room with 2 pull-out beds (70x70) that can be transformed into a double bed - A beautiful bathroom with large Italian shower and double sinks - A beautiful terrace with garden furniture of 16m². Outside : - A balcony on the west side - A beautiful sunny terrace to enjoy the beautiful days with outdoor furniture Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also stores, restaurants, bars. Many activities in the surroundings in the heart of the city. Activities : - Health course on the promenade of the Rabine. - Located at 600 m from the Porte Saint Vincent, the historical district, its pedestrian streets and its markets. - Tourist office at 5 minutes. -Access to the Rhuys peninsula: beaches, coastal paths, Suscino castle etc... via the Kérino tunnel (avoiding the city center) ideally located to go to La Trinité sur mer, to the Carnac alignments and to the Quiberon wild coast. Transportation : - The bus n°1 leads to the beach of Conleau, to the center of Vannes and to the train station. - Nearby ferry terminal : departure of boat excursions on the gulf and the islands.
