le logement est au pied du métro de la ligne 6 avec toute les commodités comme le marché 2 fois dans la semaine et les supermarchés (monoprix, auchan etc ), boulangerie, bar, restaurant au pied de l'immeuble avec la coulée vert (nom du parc ) a 500 m qui mène à la Bastille
le logement propose un hébergement avec connexion Wi-Fi gratuite à Paris, à 1,7 km de l'opéra Bastille, à 3,1 km de la cathédrale Notre-Dame et à 3,3 km du centre Pompidou. L'appartement se trouve à 4,2 km du musée du Louvre.
L'appartement dispose de deux chambres, d'une télévision par satellite à écran plat, d'une cuisine équipée d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un micro-ondes, d'un lave-linge et de 1 salles de bains avec douche. Les serviettes et le linge de lit sont fournis dans l'appartement.
