This lovely spacious house is like a tardis, (bigger on the inside) it is in the heart of the village, (1 minute walk) to the bar& restaurant which Sylvie runs, who speaks English, 5 course lunch 12.50 euros, Annie is in the local shop which sells all the essentials and Gilbert runs the boulangerie (bakery) and Fabienne runs the coiffure (hairdressers). The house is ideally situated for sightseeing, Normandie beaches, war memorial, le mont saint Michel, st Malo etc.
My husband and I brought this lovely little tardis 7 years ago, we have done a lot of work to it, we love France, and one day hope to retire there. We hope you will enjoy our Maison du Reve (house of dreams) as much as we do, bon vacances
Arriving for the first time, Notre dame Touchet is full of friends that you have yet to meet. A few metres away is the pretty children’s play area and the all important pétanque court. (Boules; under the stairs!) Everywhere you walk in the village people will say “bonjour”
