Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc. - A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×190) and a bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared swimming pool, heated to 28°C and measuring 6 m x 11 m, open from 15 May to 30 September, weather permitting (opening dates not contractually binding). - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
