Maison Dix is located in the centre of the beautiful village of Tusson. The rooms are lovely, newly decorated but with lots of original features and charm. And owners Phil and Graeme (and Higgins and Gino the dogs) were fabulous hosts and helped make my stay a memorable one.

Very welcoming on arrival. Extremely accommodating during our stay. Graeme brought us cool bag with some cold milk and a bottle of filtered water to help us settle in to our room with a nice cuppa. We were invited to join Graeme and Peter for a couple of cold beers while we talked about their experiences of moving to France from the UK. The property is spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable with sumptuous bed linen, bathrobes and lovely fluffy towels. We slept well and enjoyed a lovely hot shower before tucking into a delicious continental breakfast in their welcoming kitchen and it’s toasty warm log burner. We would highly recommend staying at Maison Dix Tusson with G&P, they are the perfect hosts and will ensure your stay is a comfortable and relaxing one. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable and we spent a lovely hour with them and some of their friends in their beautiful seating area in the garden. They have restored the property both inside and out to the highest standard whilst retaining its character . The decor was absolutely beautiful with great attention to detail. The room had everything you could possibly need and more besides. Breakfast was lovely and was served in their beautiful big kitchen. We simply couldn't fault this wee gem of a place in any way.

This is a beautiful B&B that is incredibly well thought out. The rooms have everything you could want, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is splendid. I had a great stay here as part of a biking trip. They have a simple hot tub that they even warmed up for me to use. The breakfast was great, and I had a good chat with one of the owners. If you like beer they have a Belgium beer on tap which I thought was pretty amazing!

Great stay with Phil and Graeme, in lovely village of Tusson. The b&b is very comfortable, clean and gives access to fully equipped kitchen and garden. The hosts are adorable, willing to meet new people and make them feel at ease. We had 2hours waiting for our pizza so Graeme offered us some snacks and guided through the village - thanks again! They also have 2 nice dogs - I am afraid of dogs usually but it wasn’t problematic during the stay, the dogs are used to guests. Definitively a place to recommend, we will come back!
