With a mild climate most of the year, it’s not uncommon to have lunch outside in winter. Ideal for 1 to 4 people, alone, for a couple or a family, you will enjoy our pleasant & spacious 30m2 studio with a large sheltered balcony of 8 m² south facing, equipped with a table & chairs where you can relax, enjoy the sun with views of the Marina & its boats as well as the mountains in the background. Many guests, who have stayed in our studio now come back year after year because everything is possible in Mandelieu La Napoule: sun, sea, walks without forgetting the mimosa festival. As the Marco Polo is a quiet residence we are looking for serious guests, not too noisy who will treat the apartment with respect. Located 20 minutes’ walk from the seafront (very pleasant walk along the river) & 5 minutes from town with its bars, restaurants, shops & weekly Provençal market. The apartment is close to the sea where guests can engage in all sea activities as well as hiking & fishing. Nearby playgrounds for children, pétanque courts & bicycles & motorbike rental. If you come by car, there is free parking space (on request) at the bottom of the apartment visible from the balcony & regular bus to Cannes 50mt away. In case of reduced mobility, direct car/apartment access by elevator without steps. You will also find at the entrance of the residence: a SPAR, a laundry, a CIC bank with cash dispenser, a hairdresser, a MAFF insurance, a pharmacy & Sulky bar/restaurant. Bedding with cotton sheets & two towels & two bath towels ARE INCLUDED. A small well behaved dog is welcomed but please bring your own dog bed. Smokers only allowed on the balcony.

If you're here for a conference at the “Palais des Congrès”, you've come to the right place; it's a 5 minute walk just around the corner. Upon entering the apartment, you will be pleasantly surprised by the contemporary decor & colourful artwork & immediately notice how spacious & bright the studio is with its large bay windows letting in the sun & overlooking a large balcony. Recently renovated, you will find a modern bathroom with spacious shower cubicle, WC & basin, heated towel rail (two towels & two bath towels provided), washing machine & hair dryer. In the studio there are 2 large built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage including a travel ironing board & iron. During the day, the apartment is very convivial with a modern kitchen open to a large living room with 2 comfortable double sofas, a dining area with table & chairs for 4 people. In the evening, the sofas become very comfortable sofa beds equipped with quality mattresses (140 cm x 190 cm) for a good night's sleep (bedding & cotton sheets provided). The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob (3 zones), microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge & fully equipped with crockery & utensils. On the living room side there are two coffee tables with table lamps, a floor lamp & a fan. There is also a 32'' flat screen TV, DVD player & free WIFI.

Let yourself also be seduced by the beauty of the gardens of the Henry-Clews Museum / Château de La Napoule with incredible views of the "Bay of Cannes" &. the port of La Napoule with its super-yachts. Mini-cruise for a day to visit Monaco or Saint-Tropez, sea excursions to the Lérins Islands and Cannes (including night excursions for the fireworks), big game fishing and boat trips to observe dolphins , turtles, whales and other marine animals roaming free in the Mediterranean.
