Welcome home ! Located in the heart of downtown Le Havre, this modern and bright 55m2 apartment offers you an ideal location! You will find everything nearby: Restaurants, Bars, Pharmacy, Tobacco, Coty shopping center, Tramway, Taxi, Bus, Station... As well as all the points of interest of the city: Quartier Perrey, Saint-Joseph Church, Hanging Gardens, The seafront, Southampton quay, Quartier St François, Casino Perfect for couples, business travelers. This bright apartment with its kitchen open to the living area. This equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, hotplates and its hood, and all the necessary equipment to make a few small dishes! The lounge area with its two windows overlooking the balcony with a television and its box. The room equipped with a real bed. Access to the balcony from the bedroom. A bathroom with its bathtub. Separate toilets!
