Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Nic, this charming house to 200m of the beach, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate to 9 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 31 m², a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 410 m². Wifi available, we are waiting for you! Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included, only tea towels and bath mats. They can be provided on request, with an extra charge: 20 e per set and 5 e per person for towels (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). In order to benefit from this service, please contact the concierge before your arrival. - Free Wifi available - Pets not accepted - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Nic, between Crozon and Douarnenez, in a very pleasant environment and close to the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
