Everything went well, the staff was very friendly and accommodated the late check-in. Excellent position in Brest. Very comfortable bed, no noise.

Excellent service.. there was an issue with the sink drain being accidentally closed by the cleaning lady and this was resolved rather quickly and they gave my group a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience.

The Vauban cabaret which is located in the basement of the hotel, just need to take the elevator and cross the bar to get there.

It's a really comfortable place. Simple but comfortable. Great location 5 minutes walk from the castle, right in front of the tram stop. The staff was kind and helpful, they let us leave our backpacks at the reception while we waited for the check-in time. They also tidied up the room and changed the towels.

Food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble especially as I was on a restricted diet. Staff were so lovely and so kind. Thank you. Lovely room, spotless!

Clean Good location frendly employes

Very clean and nice hotel. Close to the highway, yet very quiet. Enough supply for leisure time - board games, books and journals. Tasty breakfast. Very friendly, nice and caring staff. Five km to the city centre of Brest an one km from the centre of Guipavas. There is also a large shopping centre across the street.

Pleasant , accomadating, and friendly staff. Good value and easy access on the outskirts of Brest.

This is a busy hotel near the centre of Brest with a lot of people coming and going but, they managed to keep everything together. The breakfast was great. As I learned in France, dinner times are different so you'd have to factor that in. Parking is also a problem but there is off-street parking in Plaçe du Liberté

It is like a boutique hotel, despite being a chain. One of the nicest Mercure hotels I have been. Staff was very helpful

Lovely stay. Very clean hotel reception staff so friendly. Room was lovely small but what you would expect for city centre. We walk so very easy to get to tram in 5 minutes.

I loved everything, this is one of the best hotels I have ever been to and now it is in my favourite hotels list. The room is spacious, clean, bright and comfortable, with a soft bed, nice decors and I loved the ultramodern shower. Bathrobe and slippers, complimentary tea and coffee are provided. Free access to the wellness centre (jacuzzi, sauna and pool) is a fabulous plus. The hotel is a a fine piece of Art Deco architecture, still the fares are accessible (at least in this period of the year - May). Breakfast was delicious and varied, with a lot of choice between savoury and sweet options (tasty desserts, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, charcuterie, fruits and much more, and good coffee). Staff is professional and kind.
