THE AIGUILLE GRIVE III RESIDENCE It is located in the village of Charmettoger, at the foot of the blue “Charmettoger” slope and a 3-minute walk from the Transarc ski lift. The "Charmettoger" covered parking lot (additional charge) is available 20 meters away, as well as the shuttle bus stop. These are free in winter and summer, and run every 20 minutes in winter and every hour in summer. At the foot of the residence, you will find a bakery, grocery store and restaurant. The nearest supermarket and the ESF are a 7-minute walk away, in the village of Les Villards. You can reach the Tourist Office and the medical office in around 20 minutes on foot or by shuttle. Accommodation: YOUR APARTMENT For your ski vacation or your summer vacation in Les Arcs 1800, book this 3-room duplex apartment which benefits from an East-facing balcony. This 39m² apartment which can accommodate up to 6 people is located on the 1st floor of the Aiguille Grive 3 residence, a residence with elevator. The beds The upper floor offers you 3 distinct sleeping spaces in a row: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cm. A bunk bed with a bed 140 cm and one 90 cm. A mountain corner at the top of the stairs with a set of 80 bunk beds. Please note that the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Sanitary facilities At your disposal, a bathroom with bathtub and WC upstairs and a separate WC downstairs. The kitchen open to the living room It is fully equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker.
