Located at an altitude of 1800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood and stone residence offering a magnificent panorama of the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding massifs. Right in the geographical center of the Orres 1800 resort, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, and the ESF and ESI offices and just a few steps from the departures of the slopes and hiking trails. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025. The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rental if necessary. Accommodation: This nicely redecorated 33 m² 2-room apartment is located slightly back from the central square of the Orres 1800 station for a quiet stay, a few steps from all amenities. It has an entrance with storage, a living room with convertible sofa and television, a dining room - equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and electric towel dryer as well as a balcony facing the North-East, with garden furniture and offering a view of the resort and its peaks. You will find the apartment equipped with all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and vacuum cleaner so you can travel light.
