Apartment 42 square meter, located in a secure and quiet residence, which can accommodate up to 4 people. 1.6 km from the historic center of Sarlat and less than 1 km from a shopping centre. Fully furnished with an unobstructed view from the bedroom and the kitchen of the PERIGORD mountains Garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue will be available on your private terrace facing the forest. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and Senseo, microwave, toaster, etc.) as well as all the crockery for 4 people. You will also find some condiments (sugar, salt, pepper…) to cook like at home. The living room with a large sofa and a flat screen TV opens onto the terrace Bathroom with bath, hair dryer, washing machine (detergent available) and tumble dryer and separate toilets 1 bedroom with a "Tediber" Queen size bed (160*200). The sofa will welcome the 2 other guest. A choice of local tea and coffee will be at your disposal to make you feel at home Free high-speed WIFI (via private internal box) A cot and a high chair are available to accommodate your little one Swimming pool heated in season
