## The space *Palace de Victoria* is a mixture of luxury and comfort. The residence is new, and secure and was completed in May 2022. Furnished terrace with beautiful light all day. You can see the sunrise there in the morning and the azure blue of the sea on the coasts. *Kitchen is equipped* induction hob | Toaster | Fridge-freezer | Dishware, Utensil, Pots, Pans, Glasses | Coffee machine | Hood | Washing machine| Bottles of water, coffee, tea and condiments available *Bathroom* has a large bathtub and accessories such as: Large and small towels | Shampoo | Shower gel | Bathrobes | Toilet paper *Bedroom:* Queen-size bed | A great TV with Netflix | Large and high built-in dressing room | quilts | cushions | sheets | bed cover | a desk A comfortable sofa bed is furnished in the living room which can accommodate two additional people. *Other equipment and accessories:* Board games to play with the family baby travel cot iron and board The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a meal while contemplating the view of the sea and Monaco.
