THESE 3 APARTMENTS (TWO 2 ROOMS / 1 BEDROOM AND ONE 3 ROOMS / 2 BEDROOMS 5* APARTMENTS) are located in the 8th district of Paris, on the 4th floor (street and courtyard view) of a beautiful Haussmann building. You will be welcomed in luxurious, bright, spacious and quiet apartments with areas of 50 M2 (two first ones) and 90 M2 (last one), offering all the comforts for a stay of 2 TO 4 PEOPLE (two first ones) and of 4 TO 6 PEOPLE (last one), whether you are on a business or leisure trip. Each breaks down as follows. ONE BEDROOM (OR TWO BEDROOMS) with a 5-star queen-size hotel bed (160 * 200 cm / 180 * 200 cm for the biggest apartment), a large mirror, a desk, a television, and a large closet (with drawers, wardrobe and hotel safe). ONE LIVING / DINING ROOMA with a luxury convertible sofa for 2 people (inside a 160 * 200 cm bed), a coffee table, a large television, a dining table, a beautiful old mirror, as well as a coffee and tea area (with a Nespresso machine and a kettle). ONE KITCHEN with a marble worktop, high-quality appliances (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, toaster and blender), porcelain tableware and all the necessary cooking utensils. ONE BATHROOM with a shower, a balneo bath, a television, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, and two washbowls with light / anti-fog mirrors and magnifying mirrors. ONE WC with a wall-mounted toilet. UTILITY CLOSETS (with a washer dryer). You will also find: all the necessary tools and products for cleaning as well as an iron, an ironing board and a drying rack. For your arrival, we provide you with: a complete set of luxury bed and bath linen as well as a welcome pack with various amenities (Rituals bathroom products, shoes care products, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, coffee, tea, infusion, sugar). The district of la Madeleine at Paris 8ème is one of the most chic of the capital. The district has some of the most beautiful Haussmann buildings in Paris, as well as much older charming buildings. Its central position, near many monuments, makes it a popular destination for tourists. Shops, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and place de la Concorde and the Opéra Garnier are only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is located few minutes walk from the Madeleine metro on line 8, 12 and 14.
