Agence Cocoonr offers you a fully renovated duplex apartment on the top floor, accessible by elevator, in the backyard of the city center, on the historic foundations of a former belle époque hotel with its majestic staircases. You'll feel right at home in this cosy cocoon of warm, noble materials, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the ground floor, this bright duplex features a large living room with oak parquet flooring, a comfortable lounge and a dining room. Behind a large skylight opening onto the living room is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with all the equipment you need for short or long stays. On a magnificent cement tile floor, it has a table for 4, and all the essential equipment: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, large fridge etc... A shower room and separate toilet complete this first level. A comfortable staircase takes you to the second level, "under the stars", with one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), and a second with two single beds (90x190) that can be joined together. Between the two, a warmly-toned bathroom with sink and bathtub. The apartment is equipped with high-speed wifi internet access. Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be made up on arrival.

The neighborhood: Located right in the heart of town, between Place de la Mairie and Place de la République, you'll have the privilege of staying close to the city's must-see places. Ideally located, you'll have a multitude of choices for outings: café terraces, restaurants, the Opera, or the Theater... You won't have time to get bored! Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the Lices market, a veritable Rennes institution, which hosts local producers and numerous food artisans every Saturday morning. For nature lovers, the Parc du Thabor, the Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin offer vast green spaces ideal for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities. Transportation : Located 100 m from the République metro station, you're just 5 minutes from the train station. Bus routes are also just a stone's throw from the building.
