Chalet measuring approximately 140m2. Sleeps up to 9 comfortably. Located in a charming little village, Chalet l'Arva is just a few kilometres from the ski lifts in the 3 Vallées ski area. Close to Saint Martin de Belleville and Les Menuires, access is easy with plenty of free parking close by. A fully renovated former barn, the chalet combines the rustic with the modern. Spacious and well-equipped, it's the ideal place to stay with family or friends. The accommodation has two floors: On the first floor, you'll find a large space with a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a magnificent dining table that can seat up to 10 guests, as well as a cosy lounge. The lounge features a wood-burning stove, ideal for warming up after a long day on the slopes. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Two of these rooms have a double bed, shower and washbasin. A bedroom specially designed for children has a bunk bed, shower and washbasin. Finally, the master bedroom has a separate toilet, bath and washbasin. Each of these bedrooms is spacious, bathed in natural light and has storage space for your belongings. Finally, on the first floor, there is a separate toilet with a washbasin.

The chalet lies in a peaceful Savoyard village, steeped in authenticity, close to the ski resort of Saint Martin de Belleville, part of the 3 Vallées ski area, the largest in the world. Saint Martin de Belleville combines friendliness and tradition with all the essential amenities. You'll find mini-markets, shops, a tobacconist, a bakery, as well as sports shops to hire your ski equipment. Take the opportunity to enjoy a meal or a drink in one of the many bars and restaurants. The village also offers a wide range of activities for adults and children. For more adventure, you can easily drive or take the free shuttle bus to the higher resorts of Les Menuires and Val Thorens, renowned for their winter sports, but also rich in activities and shops. In summer, the area is transformed into a paradise for mountain and nature lovers. You'll be enchanted by the numerous hiking trails, thanks in particular to the ski lifts open in summer. It's also the perfect opportunity to explore new activities, such as electric or downhill mountain biking, zip-lining, via ferrata, paragliding... Then in the evening, take advantage of the restaurants and bars for convivial moments with friends or family. What's more, throughout the summer, a host of events bring the valley to life, including the beer festival, the 15 August festival, and regular craft markets to discover the local culture.
