The apartment is located at the gateway to Paris, bordering the 18ᵉ and 19ᵉ arrondissements of Paris, and is part of the petite couronne of Paris. Although part of La Courneuve, the apartment is closer to the center of Aubervilliers, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. In Aubervilliers, you'll find all the amenities you need: - 3 supermarkets (Franprix, Monoprix and Auchan), - 4 bakeries, - 2 pharmacies, - 1 bookshop, - 2 gyms (On Air, Basic Fit), - and restaurants to suit all tastes (Le Saint Emilion, Les Chambres, Auberkitchen, Kaishu, ...).
