This 20 m² studio apartment in Pessac can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a living room, fitted kitchen, shower room and a shared enclosed garden of around 960 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A living room with a double bed (140×190), a single bed and a TV, - A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, etc. - A shower room and WC Outside area : - A 20 m² private balcony with a bench facing south-east and a smoking area. - A shared enclosed garden of 960 m² to enjoy on sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fibre optics). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
