The accommodation consists of an entrance leading to a bathroom with WC, a bright living room with a convertible sofa (sleeping 150x200 cm) and whose chaise longue a duvet contains a double all-weather bed and two pillows, a second 3-seater sofa bed convertible BZ with a Simmons mattress 140x200 cm and a chest of drawers, AE kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, 3 hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many utensils), triple bay window on the terrace that can accommodate a table and deckchair. Common room for bicycles - free parking in the park. For your comfort, clean hotel quality sheets and towels are also available for each guest.

There are also several beach clubs for children, sailing and fitness clubs (longe-cote, yoga ...) as well. Nearby also La Baule equestrian center at 550m, tennis, golf, Thalasso & Spa... 600 m. The Atlantia Palais des Congrès is 950 m away.
