Alpheratz G96 is a small studio apartment complete with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and within walking distance of ski lifts & cable cars. It's a studio apartment with ample room for a couple, a small group of friends (up to 4 adults) or a family. There's a pull-out sofabed in the kitchen/living area, and a set of bunkbeds in a separate room. The apartment is equipped with sleeping bags as standard; fresh bedding and towels are available for an additional charge. The kitchen is equipped for guests to be able to prepare meals, including glassware and tableware, an oven, a fridge, microwave and a stovetop hob. There is also private parking included in the price. The balcony is south facing, and can be enjoyed in the early morning with a coffee, as well as into the afternoon as the light comes from behind the mountain range. The apartment is within walking distance of two ski lifts providing access to the more adventurous pistes and has ski lockers on site: Le Diable (400 metres) Jandri Express (800 metres). The Jandri Express gives you access to the Panobar at 2600m, and ultimately the glacier to take advantage of summer skiing.

We are Colin and Sarah, and are both keen francophiles, having met at a group aimed to practise speaking french. We got married in early April 2019 and spent a large portion of our honeymoon in this amazing apartment. Colin loves mountain-running, and dreams to, one day, complete the Ultra-Trail-Mont-Blanc. Sarah prefers to relax with a beer on the balcony reading a book while taking in the gorgeous mountain views. Our dream is to one day be able to relocate to France, but our next priority is to hopefully have children and perhaps have the opportunity to settle over here once they're reaching school-age. We live in the UK at the moment so you will be greeted by (another) Sarah who has relocated here from the UK. Les Deux Alpes is beautiful. Panoramic mountain scenery, snow topped mountains, green valleys; all these make it ideal for anyone looking for an active vacation. It's open from December to April for winter skiing, and June to end of August for summer skiing on the glacier. There's also mountain-biking, hiking, golf... In season, the ski lifts, and various cable cars are open and enable easy access to Venosc village, and to Mont de Lans. There are 6 different supermarkets dotted around the resort. There are also numerous bars and restaurants; whether you're after something traditionally alpine, or looking for an "Irish Pub", there's something for everyone. There is a cinema which has two screens showing two films a day, and a bowling alley, a swimming pool, an ice-skating rink, kid's ski club... in short, there are endless activities during the season In the off-season, it's still a beautiful place to visit for mountain-biking/hiking/mountaining-running. Some shops/boulangeries are open, however the ski-lifts, cable cars and many other facilities (cinema/bowling etc) are closed.
